Included duties:
- Assist customers and service technicians at the parts counter by identifying, locating, and recommending the correct parts for agricultural equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including receiving, stocking, and organizing parts.
- Provide pricing, availability information, and product knowledge to customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Keep the parts area clean, organized, and safe.
- Process sales transactions, invoices, and payments accurately.
- Deliver a high level of customer service while supporting dealership sales and operational goals.

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and friendly office assistant to join our team!
- Must enjoy working with people, being organized, and helping daily office operations run smoothly.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred, but not required.
Now Hiring | Diesel Technician
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and engine issues on agricultural equipment using manufacturer guidelines and diagnostic tools.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and service inspections to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow dealership policies, safety procedures , and manufacturer standards.
- Accurately document all diagnostics, repairs, parts used, and labor time on work orders.
Experience:
- One or more years’ experience or technical college degree or certification preferred.
- Experience with repair, service, and maintenance following technical manual procedures preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience with basic computer functions.
- Able to lift, bend, and carry.
